Anchoring Policy
Boat Harbour Marina is located within a private water lot. We recognize that we are responsible for protecting and preserving our unparalleled marine environment, encouraging responsible navigation, and preventing the abandonment of vessels. To achieve these goals, we strictly enforce our anchoring rules.
The entire water lot is a no discharge zone. Only registered permit holders may anchor their vessels, besides anchoring incidental to navigation such as during an emergency or bad weather.
All vessels violating the following rules will be towed to a secure location; fee and storage charges will apply.
DO

- Call or text +1 (250) 802-9963 to arrange for registration, permit application and allocation of anchoring or mooring location. Charges may apply
- Do use your common sense and not become a hazard to navigation
DO NOT
- Do not anchor in seaplanes landing and take-off areas
- Do not anchor within 200 meters of the entrance and exit of the Marina
- Do not anchor within 30 meters of any mooring buoy
- Absolutely no anchoring in the area shaded yellow on the map
- Absolutely no discharge in the boat basin
