WAITING LIST
Currently our marina is at full capacity, we charge $100 as a deposit for the waiting list and your priority is based on the time when we receive your e-Transfer of $100. This amount is fully refundable. Once a slip becomes available that fits the size of your boat, we will notify you if you are the first one on the list and you will have 3 days to decide if you want to take this slip. If you decide not to take this slip during that period, we will then offer the slip to the next person in line.

Long-term pricing
Long-term moorage rates range from $13.25 per foot per month to $19.50 per foot per month on an annual lease.
SUMMER
Concierge service
For larger boats (36 feet or above), we provide concierge services during the summer months.
Our concierge services include
- Exterior Boat Cleaning
- Boat Safety Checks
- Reserved Secure Parking
- Scheduled Maintenance and Service Program
- Chartered Direct Flights to and from the Marina
- Provisioning Service
